Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Vexel Graph Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), which operates under the brand Vexel Labs. They apply to this website and to every Vexel Labs app unless an app's own terms say otherwise. Curaza has its own terms of service, which apply to Curaza.
1. Accounts
A business ("customer") creates an account and adds its own users, such as managers and workers. The person who creates the account confirms they are authorised to act for the business. Customers are responsible for the users they add and for keeping logins secure.
2. Customer data
The data a customer puts into an app belongs to the customer. We process it only to provide the service, to keep it secure and as the customer instructs, as described in each app's privacy policy. When a customer adds information about its workers, the customer is responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for informing those workers.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the apps to break the law, to upload malicious code, to access other customers' data, to overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell it without our written permission.
4. Plans, fees and taxes
Prices and plan limits are shown on each app's pricing page at the time you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
5. Calculations and records
Apps that calculate pay, attendance, commissions or deductions do so from the rules and data the customer enters. The customer is responsible for reviewing results before acting on them, and for meeting its own legal obligations as an employer, including statutory filings and payments.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the apps available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features. If we stop offering an app, we will give paying customers reasonable notice and a way to export their data.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the apps are provided "as is", we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the customer paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Ending the agreement
Customers can cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is not paid after a reminder. After an account closes, the customer's data is deleted as described in the app's privacy policy.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
